Adipokines have several immune and endocrine functions which affect both the systemic and cellular metabolism. Among this adipokines, leptin has an important immunoregulatory role. Leptin is a pro-inflammatory adipokine and regulates several type of immune cells. Our objective is to determine how leptin regulates macrophage physiology
